I have a Bachelor's (Hons) Degree  in Translation & Interpreting from the University of Westminster, which I completed with a First.
Furthermore, I previously obtained a Diploma in Italy from a Liceo Linguistico - focusing on foreign-languages learning - equipping me over 10 years of language learning. I also obtained language certificates in:
- English: Cambridge ESOL Examinations (C2) from the University of Cambridge;
- Spanish: DELE (Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera) (C1)
- French: DELF (Diplôme d'études en langue française) (B2)

My work won't be a word-for-word translation: you have Google translate for that.
My translations and interpreting sessions will carry through context, culture and the "flavour" of the language to make sure that the culture and social context and meaning are passed on in the best way possible. From experience, this can have huge impacts on meetings, negotiations, investments and purchases, as I am able to create that connection and rapport that natives usually manage to create.

It could be getting an absolute beginner started in basic conversation right the way up to finessing an advance learner's pronunciation.  I cater for all levels - challenging you, motivating you and ensuring you get the most out of our lessons.

For true beginners whose native language is English or Spanish, I can help explain and teach you in your preferred language.

We start with a free consultation to understand your particular needs, goals and preferred teaching style.  My extensive experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds means I understand that no one lesson should be delivered in the same way.  I respect that everyone is different, and everyone's needs and levels can vary and change how we approach things.

The majority of my tutorials are done over video call and I find this meets the needs of almost all my clients.  If there are niche or specific requirements for in-person tuition, please do reach out so we can discuss more - but bear in mind I am London-based!

The majority of my tutorials are focused on meeting individuals' needs, and are therefore one-on-one.  However, if there is a requirement for a small group tutorial, please complete the form below and I'd be up for seeing how that could work!
